The purpose of the Subcommittee on Graduate Programs Assessment, as stated in the University Assessment Council bylaws, is to implement the policies of the UAC that apply to graduate programs by
-
helping faculty design and implement assessment programs,
-
guiding the collecting of information on graduate program assessment activities, and
-
helping the University share and celebrate best practices in the assessment of graduate programs.
SGPA shall consist of at least one faculty member from each College offering graduate programs, at least one representative of the Graduate Studies Subcommittee, and the Director of Assessment.
