Resource Reservation Form
Please use this form to request reserved use of a computer system or peripheral (excluding cameras) in the Student Computing Services (SCS) Computer Lab, Cook Library Room 35. You can check on current resource availability by opening our public Reservation Calendar. We will process your request and confirm your reservation via email (or telephone, if you prefer) within a 48 hours. Please note that reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis.
