 General Physics III  (4 cr.) [for majors]
      "Fluid kinematics and dynamics, waves, thermodynamics, physical optics, introduction to modern physics.  Prerequisite: PHYS 242."  [Unfortunately, since not all sections of PHYS241/251 and PHYS242/252 have treated certain topics, this course must include oscillations and geometrical optics as well!]
