Speaker: Brian D. Hand, Assistant Professor, Exercise Science

Department of Kinesiology, Towson University

Professor Hand will discuss the benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle and provide strategies to incorporate physical activities on a daily basis. He will also give some "training tips" for those who are planning to participate in the American Heart Association Heart Walk on October 28th.
