  Course Value:  If you don't know who you are as a  leader,  how can you effectively lead others?  
  Objectives
 
  1. List charactieristics of leaders you have experienced and categorize them as effective or ineffective. 
  2. Evaluate your leadership style and learning style using several inventories.
  3. Differentiate which leadership theory pertains to both yourself and those you have experienced.
  4. Use a Johari window to describe your current leadership style.
  5. Project employee responses to your leadership and learning styles according to various behaviors.
