Dr. Dunn is an Assistant Professor at Towson University. She received
her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park in Counseling
Psychology. Before joining the Towson community, Dr. Dunn was a
full-time lecturer at Teachers College, Columbia University in the
Counseling and Clinical Psychology Department. She completed her
internship at Bellevue Hospital-New York University Medical Center.
She has strong research interests in multicultural psychology and education, career development, and microaggressions. Dr. Dunn teaches several undergraduate and graduate courses: Group Counseling, Introduction to Helping Relationships, Advanced Counseling Techniques, Advanced Abnormal Psychology, and Cross-Cultural Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist in Maryland, and New York. In her life outside of Towson, Dr. Dunn enjoys cycling, running, swimming, yoga, watching Notre Dame football, reading and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Roxy.
