COSTS

Total institute cost is $550, which includes a daily breakfast & lunch, reading materials, and June 3rd reception. Payment may by made either by Visa, Mastercard or check.  Make all checks payable to NCCTRW.  Payment schedule is as follows:

  • $100 non-refundable deposit due by March 1, 2002 (if no spaces are available, deposits will be fully refunded).

  • $550 total fee due by April 15, 2002.

Accommodations have been arranged as follows::

*One-bedroom suite - $109.00 per night

Participants who would like a one-bedroom suite should contact the Burkshire Marriott directly to reserve a room.  

**Two-bedroom suite - $119.00 per night

Participants who would like to share a two-bedroom suite should indicate this on the application form, and NCCTRW will pair participants and reserve a two-bedroom suite on your behalf.  If there is a roommate preference, please indicate that person's name on the application form.

 All rooms have a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, washer and dryer, bathroom, television, iron, and hair dryer.

Please note:  All hotel costs are separate from institute costs.  Each participant is responsible for full payment and settlement directly with the hotel at check-out time.
