Photoshop Assignment
You will be using The Simpsons image (simpson.jpg) that I distributed in class to complete this assignment. The assignment is:
You will be cropping either Homer or Bart from this image and then you will paste that image into another photo. Your completed assignment must have a narrative to it (very loosely defined). Basically, you must paste the image into a picture which makes "sense" as opposed to a random fusion of 2 images.
1. Pick either Homer or Bart and crop out only that part the image and save this as another file.
2. Fix this new image: clean up the dust and imperfections.
3. Once you complete #2, find an image from the net, "borrow" it for the sole purpose of this assignment and then add your fixed image of Homer or Bart to this second image.
4. Save this as a jpeg (remember you must flatten your image prior to converting it to a jpeg).
5. Finally, post this image to the web and e-mail me the URL. If you do not know how to post images to the web we will discuss it soon.
