I'm an assistant Professor at Towson University. I teach Microeconomics and Economic Development.  I received my PhD from the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My main research area is on the influences of conditional cash transfers, credit constraints, and household shocks on educational attainment in Central America. Additional research areas include poverty reduction in Laos and Mexican migration.
